Comprehensive Consultation

Covers a wide range of concerns and is a more suitable option for complete health optimisation or if you have multiple or complex health problems.

Over a 3-5 week period, you can expect:

• 90-minute initial consultation
• 30-minute for doctor to interpret labs and write a report with a treatment plan
• 30-minute consultation discussing your report & treatment plan
• Ongoing health support from our specialist patient care team

The consultation will cover discussion on the following where relevant:

• Hormones
• Longevity and healthspan optimisation
• Gut health (IBS, Ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s, SIBO or gut permeability)
• Stress or adrenal fatigue (HPA axis dysregulation)
• Autoimmune and co-existing diseases
• Toxicology and environmental toxins, including mould and other environmental factors that could be causing an issue
• Sexual health
• Nutrition, including intolerances
• Other concerns: weight, sleep, data tracking, health optimising, depression, chronic infection(s), DNA/genetics, epigenetics
• Skin conditions
• Fertility management and optimisation

Suggested blood testing for this consultation will cover:

• Detailed hormone panel (oestrogen, progesterone, testosterone – total and measured free, DHEA, growth hormone, detailed thyroid, etc.); haematology, biochemistry, kidney, liver, cholesterol, iron parameters, inflammation markers, and other parameters, additional cost £325
• Additional testing can be undertaken for other systems (i.e. DUTCH test, gut test, intolerance testing, SIBO, toxicology, chronic infection, cardiac profile, DNA/genetics, epigenetics etc.). Additional testing can be arranged under the guidance of your doctor and discussed during your consultation.

Focussed Follow-up Consultation

The follow-up schedule from the initial consultation is as follows:

• At months 3 and 9
• Every 9 months after that

Over a 2-3 week period, you can expect:

• 30-minute initial consultation
• 20-minute for doctor to interpret test results and write a report with a treatment plan

You are more than welcome to see us more frequently if you need to. In this case, it will be pro-rata to the doctor’s time; please contact us for more information.

Blood testing or other tests (where relevant/required) at an additional cost.

Membership consultations: Low-Dose Naltrexone (LDN)

Initial consultation £195

Laboratory testing: Not required in most instances

• A monthly membership fee of £72.50 thereafter. This covers the cost of your subsequent follow-ups, prescription fees, and medication
• The medication is posted to you directly from our partner pharmacy after the initial direct debit clears

As a member, the following benefits are included for the duration of the programme:

• A 30-minute initial consultation
• A doctor’s letter outlining your LDN treatment plan and any other suggestions made during the consultation
• 15-minute follow-up consultations after 3 months and then every 6 months thereafter
• Prescription issued
• Medication dispensed for LDN every 2 months
